This year I have been a student in Tongaroa at Rawhiti school
My highlights are winter sports because when we played it was very fun and exciting to do even when we lost. My other one is athletics because I did well even though I didn’t go to Canterbury. Next is surfing because I have just started this year and didn’t have many chances but of my broken arm in the first term and they didn’t do it in the 2 and 3rd term and I have got sick and gone to camp in the 4th term. Finally koru games even though we won only one game it was fun and diffidently one of my highlights for the year.
When I came to Tongaroa I was nervous but the teachers have made me feel welcomed and accepted making me feel that this is the best classroom and also the students are very welcoming and the chances are very high that you will get a good friend ship by the end of the year maybe in just one month because it has happened to.
My next year’s goals are to get better at football like joining a team and playing on weekends and futsal on Fridays. My second goal is to play more sports like touch maybe not for a team but just play more at school.
When I leave school I want to be a professional football player or be a lawyer because it earns lots of money.
