Today (Wednesday) we were learning about anxiety and how to manage it. They are high and low and you want to be in the middle of them.
e.g a golfer is hitting it but it keeps going to the left it, he/she might be too high so he/she is hitting it to hard, or to low so he/she is under preforming in it but if they were in the middle they would be in the sweet spot for it.
A way to calm down is to start taking time to take time to yourself and taking deep breaths and listening to music. If this does not work try going to relax/walk in nature or try a guided meditation.
